Yes, it is. Our nurse or the management team can administer treatment, but only upon presentation of a valid medical prescription and with the medication provided in its original packaging.
Any allergies or special dietary requirements must be reported during registration. Depending on the situation, the facility may not be able to accommodate or adapt meal services to meet these specific needs.
The childcare team and the nurse will assess the situation and contact legal guardians immediately if necessary.
Yes. A quiet area is provided for children who need to rest, both in the nursery and at the kids’ club
Our team is made up of qualified professionals, including a director, a kids’ club manager, a nursery manager, a nurse, an early childhood educator, and certified activity leaders.
Of course. Comfort items and dummies are welcome during quiet times and naps. Please remember to label them with your child’s name.

Comfort items and dummies are welcome. However, we strongly discourage bringing valuables, smartphones, tablets, handheld consoles, or toys. Chalet des Aiglons cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage.”
Our teams pay special attention to welcoming new children. Upon arrival, the activity leaders take the time to show them around, introduce the activities, and connect them with other children to ensure a gradual and caring integration.
Bookings can be paid for directly online by credit or debit card through our secure platform. For any other payment methods, please contact the main office.

The Chalet des Aiglons welcomes children from 6 July to 28 August 2026.
Children are welcomed Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The Chalet is closed on weekends.

Each child must have their own backpack—even siblings—so that our team can easily access their personal belongings throughout the day.

Afternoon snacks are provided for nursery children (under 3 years old). For kids’ club children (aged 3 and above), a snack must be packed in their bag.

Chalet des Aiglons will welcome children from December 13th, 2026, to April 30th, 2027.
Bookings will open in autumn 2026.
Children are welcomed Sunday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. The Chalet is closed on Saturdays.
Several options are available depending on the time of the season:
Yes. Our team accompanies children aged 3 and above to their lessons at the ESF Centre. We can also handle the booking of the ski lessons for you.
No. Families must provide their own ski equipment suitable for their child: skis, helmet, goggles, and poles if necessary, as well as warm clothing adapted to winter conditions.
Subject to availability at Chalet des Aiglons, your child can be looked after at our centre and join in on our activities. Please note that this is subject to certain conditions and extra charges.
