- I already had an account on your old website, can I use it to log in?
o, you cannot. Le Chalet des Aiglons has switched to a new booking platform, and old accounts are no longer active. To book your child’s spot, please create a new account.
- Can I register multiple children under the same parent account?
Yes, you can. Your family portal allows you to easily manage multiple children from the same household through a single account.
- What documents are required to complete the registration?
During registration, you will be asked to provide the following details:
- Contact information for legal guardians
- List of persons authorized to pick up the child
- Relevant medical information
- Up-to-date vaccinations
- Medical prescription or PAI (Individualized Care Plan) if necessary
- My child needs to take medical treatment during their day at the Chalet, is this possible?
Yes, it is. Our nurse or the management team can administer treatment, but only upon presentation of a valid medical prescription and with the medication provided in its original packaging.
- My child has food allergies, how does it work?Toute allergie ou régime alimentaire particulier doit être signalé lors de l’inscription. Selon la situation, la structure ne pourra peut-être pas mettre en place les conditions nécessaires d’accueil des repas.
Any allergies or special dietary requirements must be reported during registration. Depending on the situation, the facility may not be able to accommodate or adapt meal services to meet these specific needs.
- What happens if my child falls ill during the day?
The childcare team and the nurse will assess the situation and contact legal guardians immediately if necessary.
- Can my child take a nap?
Yes. A quiet area is provided for children who need to rest, both in the nursery and at the kids’ club
- Who supervises the children?
Our team is made up of qualified professionals, including a director, a kids’ club manager, a nursery manager, a nurse, an early childhood educator, and certified activity leaders.
- Can my child bring their comfort item or dummy?
Of course. Comfort items and dummies are welcome during quiet times and naps. Please remember to label them with your child’s name.
- Can another person pick up my child?
Yes, provided they have been authorized in advance in your family account. A piece of ID may be requested.

- What happens if I am late to pick up my child?
In the event of an exceptional delay, please notify the main office as soon as possible at +33 (0)4 79 40 09 81. Our team will stay with your child until you arrive.
- Can I cancel or modify a booking?
The cancellation and modification policies are detailed in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. For any specific requests, please contact the main office directly.
- Do you take photos of the children during activities?
Yes. Photos may be taken to illustrate life at Chalet des Aiglons. Their use is strictly regulated and subject to your authorization during registration.
- Can my child bring toys or personal items?
Comfort items and dummies are welcome. However, we strongly discourage bringing valuables, smartphones, tablets, handheld consoles, or toys. Chalet des Aiglons cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage.”
- My child has never been to Chalet des Aiglons, how does the integration process work?
Our teams pay special attention to welcoming new children. Upon arrival, the activity leaders take the time to show them around, introduce the activities, and connect them with other children to ensure a gradual and caring integration.
- What payment methods do you accept?
Bookings can be paid for directly online by credit or debit card through our secure platform. For any other payment methods, please contact the main office.
- Can I register my child during our stay?
Yes, but strictly subject to availability. We advise you to contact the main office as soon as you arrive in Val d’Isère to check availability.
Summer Season
- What are the opening dates for summer 2026?
The Chalet des Aiglons welcomes children from 6 July to 28 August 2026.

- What are the opening hours during the summer?
Children are welcomed Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The Chalet is closed on weekends.
- What booking options are available for the summer?
Several options are available depending on your child’s age:
Under 3 years old:
- Full day
- Short day (nursery)
- Discovery afternoon
From 3 years old (available for full days or afternoons):
- 3-day Pass
- Week Pass”
- What activities are offered during the summer?
Children enjoy a wide variety of age-appropriate activities:
- Walks and mountain discovery
- Group games
- Treasure hunts
- Land Art
- Discovery of local fauna and flora
- Creative and sports activities
- What should I pack in my child's bag for the summer?
Each child must have their own backpack—even siblings—so that our team can easily access their personal belongings throughout the day.
Inside the backpack:
- Afternoon snack (goûter) for kids’ club children (aged 3 and above)
- Cap or sun hat
- Sunglasses
- Sunscreen
- Water bottle
- Rainwear / Rain jacket
- Change of clothes and a sufficient supply of diapers/nappies if needed
- Comfort item (doudou) and/or pacifier if needed
To be worn upon arrival:
Closed-toe shoes suitable for outdoor activities and walking.
- Are lunches included?
Lunches are included in the full-day options.
Afternoon snacks are provided for nursery children (under 3 years old). For kids’ club children (aged 3 and above), a snack must be packed in their bag.
- What happens in the event of bad weather?
Our teams adapt the program with indoor activities: creative workshops, group games, shows, crafts, or entertainment tailored to each age group.

- What are the opening dates for winter 2026/2027?
Chalet des Aiglons will welcome children from December 13th, 2026, to April 30th, 2027.
Bookings will open in autumn 2026.
- What ages do you accommodate for the winter?
- Nursery: from 12 to 36 months
- Kids’ club: from 3 to 11 years old
- What are the opening hours during the winter?
Children are welcomed Sunday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. The Chalet is closed on Saturdays.
- What booking options are available for the winter?
Several options are available depending on the time of the season:
- During French school holidays: weekly bookings only (5 or 6 consecutive days).
- Outside French school holidays: flexible bookings.”
- Do you provide a ski school drop-off and pick-up service?
Yes. Our team accompanies children aged 3 and above to their lessons at the ESF Centre. We can also handle the booking of the ski lessons for you.
- Is ski equipment provided?
No. Families must provide their own ski equipment suitable for their child: skis, helmet, goggles, and poles if necessary, as well as warm clothing adapted to winter conditions.
- What happens if my child doesn't want to ski or if their lesson is cancelled
Subject to availability at Chalet des Aiglons, your child can be looked after at our centre and join in on our activities. Please note that this is subject to certain conditions and extra charges.
- What activities are offered at the Chalet des Aiglons?
The children take part in a wide range of activities:
- Igloo building
- Sledging
- Snowball fights
- Treasure hunts
- Board games
- Arts and crafts
- Yoga
- Motor skills courses
- Storytelling and age-appropriate activities.
- Are lunches and snacks included?
Yes. Hot lunches and afternoon snacks are included in most winter options.
- What should you pack for a winter's day?
Please provide the following for your child’s day:
- Ski suit or warm winter clothing
- Gloves / Mittens
- Beanie / Warm hat
- Snow boots
- Sunglasses or goggles
- Sunscreen
- A full change of clothes (for younger children)
- Comfort object / Soft toy (doudou) if needed”
- When do winter bookings open?
Information and rates for the winter season are usually posted online in the autumn. Update on the specific booking opening date will be shared during August.
