FAQ Chalet des Aiglons

Any questions about your stay? Find the answers to our most frequently asked questions below. Information is organized by season to help you quickly find everything you need for your trip.

General Information & Health

Summer Season

  • What are the opening dates for summer 2026?

    The Chalet des Aiglons welcomes children from 6 July to 28 August 2026.

  • "What ages do you accommodate for the summer?
    • Nursery: from 18 to 36 months

       

    • Kids’ club: from 3 to 13 years old
  • What are the opening hours during the summer?

    Children are welcomed Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The Chalet is closed on weekends.

  • What booking options are available for the summer?

    Several options are available depending on your child’s age:

    Under 3 years old:

    • Full day
    • Short day (nursery)
    • Discovery afternoon

    From 3 years old (available for full days or afternoons):

    • 3-day Pass
    • Week Pass”
  • What activities are offered during the summer?

    Children enjoy a wide variety of age-appropriate activities:

    • Walks and mountain discovery
    • Group games
    • Treasure hunts
    • Land Art
    • Discovery of local fauna and flora
    • Creative and sports activities
  • What should I pack in my child's bag for the summer?

    Each child must have their own backpack—even siblings—so that our team can easily access their personal belongings throughout the day.

    Inside the backpack:

    • Afternoon snack (goûter) for kids’ club children (aged 3 and above)
    • Cap or sun hat
    • Sunglasses
    • Sunscreen
    • Water bottle
    • Rainwear / Rain jacket
    • Change of clothes and a sufficient supply of diapers/nappies if needed
    • Comfort item (doudou) and/or pacifier if needed

     

    To be worn upon arrival:

    Closed-toe shoes suitable for outdoor activities and walking.

  • Are lunches included?

    Lunches are included in the full-day options.

    Afternoon snacks are provided for nursery children (under 3 years old). For kids’ club children (aged 3 and above), a snack must be packed in their bag.

  • What happens in the event of bad weather?

    Our teams adapt the program with indoor activities: creative workshops, group games, shows, crafts, or entertainment tailored to each age group.
