Rules of procedure and General Terms and Conditions of Sale

General provisions

Article 1:

The Chalet des Aiglons in Val d’Isère is managed by a director under the supervision of SEM SOGEVALDI – Val d’Isère Tourisme.
The Chalet des Aiglons welcomes children aged 3 to 11 for the leisure centre and 12 to 36 months for the crèche.
Chalet des Aiglons :
➢ Promotes childcare as a complement to family and school.
➢ Contributes to children’s physical, intellectual and moral development through the various activities on offer:
artistic, cultural, sporting, early-learning, etc.
➢ Promotes the child’s development through community life.
➢ Allows the child to discover new practices directly linked to the environment.

Article 2:

The SEM SOGEVALDI has taken out Civil and Professional Liability insurance for all the people it welcomes and for all its activities.

Article 3:

The Chalet des Aiglons is managed by a DESJEPS qualified manager.
The leisure centre is managed by a team leader with a BAFD diploma.

Article 4:

The Chalet des Aiglons is open from Sunday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm.
Weekly closing on Saturdays. The reception will be closed between 12.45pm and 2.30pm throughout the winter season.

Article 5:

Staff recruitment is the responsibility of the Chalet des Aiglons management. This team is made up of
qualified and competent in all areas of activity: reception, entertainment, service, cleaning, maintenance.

Admission formalities

Article 6:

Registration must be made in advance: by internet, on site and in some cases by email or post.

Article 7:

The enrolment pack includes :
➢ An enrolment form
➢ A health form (presentation of up-to-date health record) and a liability waiver
➢ School rules and regulations and a certificate that the parents have read and understood them
➢ An identity card or family record book

Article 8:

For each enrolment, parents must go to reception, register their child and pay for the service. Any

Article 11 : GUARANTEE AND REIMBURSEMENT

For all purchases of services at the Chalet des Aiglons, an optional insurance policy is offered at a cost of
35€ (thirty-five euros) per child.
This guarantee allows the customer to claim reimbursement of the costs of the option chosen under the following conditions:
– Delay of more than 60 days: unconditional refund with no deductions (excluding the cost of the guarantee)
– Period between 59 days and 30 days: unconditional refund with 50% deduction (excluding guarantee costs)
– Between 29 and 0 days: unconditional reimbursement with 75% withheld (excluding guarantee costs)
– Without notice period: 100% reimbursement (excluding guarantee costs) for illness, death or accident on presentation of proof of

CANCELLATION OPTION

Medical records and surveillance

Article 12:

A medical file is created and updated for each child on admission.

Children's life in the Village

Article 17:

The meals served at the Chalet des Aiglons are prepared by the Val d’Isère central kitchen and delivered cold.

Meals and snacks are included in the daily price. In the event of a special diet (allergies or specific

Organisation

Article 21:

For the leisure centre, pick-up and drop-off times will take place over several slots:
➢ From 9.00 am for morning activities
➢ 12.00 noon for lunchtime activities
➢ From 2.30 p.m. for afternoon reception.
If these conditions are not met, the Chalet des Aiglons management may decide to refuse the child.
Children leaving for skiing at 9.30 a.m. must be at Chalet des Aiglons by 9.10 a.m. at the latest, dressed and with the necessary
equipment. If these conditions are not respected, the team may decide to refuse the child or to keep him/her at the
Chalet des Aiglons in exchange for payment of a child-minding fee, if the number of staff allows. We cannot
to accompany a child to ski lessons in the event of lateness.

Article 22:

For the crèche, pick-up and drop-off times will take place over several slots:
➢ From 9.00 am to 10.00 am for morning reception
➢ From 11:45 to 12:00 for lunchtime care
➢ From 2.30 p.m. for afternoon reception

Article 23:

Access to the staff room is strictly forbidden to anyone not working at Chalet des Aiglons.

Article 24:

Parents with children in ski lessons must drop them off or collect them from the Chalet des Aiglons. If they
go directly to the ESF meeting point, they must first inform the Chalet des Aiglons management and collect a number bib, for obvious safety reasons.

Staff medical surveillance and common sense

Article 25:

Before starting work, all staff must be up to date with their vaccinations. A medical check-up with the Labour Inspectorate

Any dissatisfaction or dispute will be settled with management in its office. “There is always a solution to every problem”.
